HIRING: Finance & Operations Manager
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Influencer Marketing / Creator Economy
Were looking for a highly organized Finance & Operations Manager to join our fast-growing creator marketing company UrbanFluence Media.
This role will handle:
Creator payouts & reimbursements
Brand billing & collections
Invoicing
GST/TDS coordination with accounts team
Cashflow tracking
Internal operations & reporting
Vendor/payment management
Weekly finance dashboards
Preferred Skills:
Strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Agency/startup experience preferred
Good operational & coordination skills
Understanding of invoicing/GST/TDS
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience:
14 years preferred
