1.FinancialOperations&Control

Leadandmanageend-to-endfinancialoperationsacrossIndiaandUAEentities

Ensureaccuracy,completeness,andtimelinessoffinancialrecordsandreporting

Establishandmaintainrobustinternalcontrols,policies,andSOPs

Monitorcashflow,workingcapital,andfinancialtransactions

Driveprocessimprovementsandautomationtoenhanceefficiency

2.Compliance&RegulatoryManagement

Ensurecompliancewithallstatutoryandregulatoryrequirements,including:

oVAT&CorporateTax(UAE)

oGST&TDS(India)

oEPF&ESIregulations

Managetimelyfilingofreturnsandstatutorypayments

Stayupdatedonregulatorychangesandimplementnecessaryupdates

Coordinatewithexternalconsultants,auditors,andgovernmentauthorities

3.Audit&FinancialReporting

Leadinternalandexternalaudits,ensuringtimelycompletionandcompliance

Prepareandpresentfinancialstatements,MISreports,anddashboards

Ensureaccuratemonthly,quarterly,andannualfinancialclosures

Strengthenauditreadinessanddocumentationstandards

Drivebudgeting,forecasting,andvarianceanalysisprocesses

Provideactionablefinancialinsightstosupportstrategicdecisions

Requirements

1.EducationalQualification

• ProfessionalqualificationsuchasCA/CMA/ACCA

2.Experience

• 510yearsofrelevantexperienceinfinancialoperations,compliance,andreporting
• Experiencehandlingmulti-entityorinternationaloperations(India&UAEpreferred)
• Provenexposuretoauditmanagement,statutorycompliance,andfinancialplanning
• Priorexperienceinmanagingfinanceteamsanddrivingperformance
