Your Role at CredAble

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Review general ledger, trial balance, and reconciliation of bank, intercompany, and key control accounts.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of books of accounts.
Prepare and review periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and guide the accounts team.
Prepare and file all regulatory returns applicable to NBFCs (RBI returns such as DNBS, ALM etc.).
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Lead, mentor, and review performance of the finance and accounts team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Preferably a candidate with NBFC work background and with CA background (not qualified CA)
