Finance Manager

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the accounting and finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, and timely closure of books. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, audits, taxation, payroll, cash flow management, and stakeholder coordination while driving process excellence and financial governance.

Who You Are:

• 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Financial Operations with team management responsibilities
• Strong expertise in General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting
• Hands-on experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements
• Experience managing Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, and Annual Financial Statements
• Expertise in cash flow management, treasury operations, and investment planning
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and related statutory compliances
• Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidation of books of accounts
• Knowledge of STPI compliances and foreign currency transactions, including coordination with banks for FC, BRC, and related requirements
• Proficiency in accounting ERP systems and MIS reporting
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
