Finance Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance, Accounts & Compliance Officer to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation (direct & indirect), and statutory compliance. The role involves handling GST responsibilities for a manufacturing setup along with accounting operations for an IT business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage GST compliance for manufacturing operations, including returns, ITC reconciliation, audits, and assessments
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities as per applicable accounting standards (Local GAAP)
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations
• Manage banking operations, including vendor payments, tax payments, and external commercial borrowings (ECB)
• Maintain General Ledger and perform GL reconciliations
• Support MIS reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate and manage statutory, tax, transfer pricing, and group audits
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Drive month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications: Education details

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in GST and taxation
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements
• Experience with Tally (preferred; training can be provided if needed)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
