About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, financial documentation, invoicing, reconciliations, taxation basics, and day-to-day finance processes in a fast-paced agency environment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance and accounting, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn practical financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation
• Support invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
• Help with bank reconciliations and ledger entries
• Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports
• Maintain records of bills, invoices, and receipts systematically
• Support the finance team during audits and compliance activities
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other basic taxation-related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment follow-ups and approvals
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance concepts
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Knowledge of GST and taxation basics
• Ability to manage data accurately and maintain confidentiality

PPO Opportunity

This is a 6-month internship program with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity. Based on the interns performance, learning ability, and overall contribution during the internship period, candidates may be considered for a full-time role with the company after successful completion of the internship.
