Viral Labs solves distribution problems for the biggest global companies. We control 500M+ views/month in the US. Clients include The North Face, Flo Health, Polymarket and Deel. We're scaling fast and getting our financial backbone watertight is one of the most important job functions for us right now.

What's the job about?

• All our revenue comes in USD, and most of our creator payments go out in USD. You'll own the full USDINR cycle: inbound remittances, documentation, outbound payments, and cutting forex conversion losses at every step.
• You'll run creator payments and internal payroll every month - calculated, checked, on time, across hundreds of US-based creators and the internal team.
• You'll manage our CA and CS firms - push them, catch their errors, keep us on top of GST, TDS, FEMA, and filings.
• You'll identify cost leaks, where to park liquid money, and how to mitigate bank commissions.
• You'll own all finance and admin operations end to end.

Right for this:

• You've owned finance operations at a startup before - payments, payroll, books, the works.
• You've personally handled USD inbound and outbound from India. You know what FIRC, EEFC are without Googling them.
• You're obsessively organized. Nothing slips, no follow-ups needed.
• You can push back on a vendor or external advisor when they're doing sloppy work - and have actually done it.
• Hand you a goal. You work out the inputs and get it done.

Wrong for this:

• You want a strategy role with light execution. No such role exists here.
• You need to be told what to do next.
• You defer to external advisors instead of managing them.
