Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support business growth through accurate reporting and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, accruals, and provisions
• Support monthly & year-end closures and financial schedules
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IT/ITES)

GST, TDS & Compliance

• Manage GST filings, reconciliations, and export compliance
• Handle TDS returns, challans, and vendor reconciliations
• Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance responses

Foreign Exchange & Regulatory

• Handle SOFTEX filings and EDPMS clearing for export invoices
• Coordinate with banks for inward remittances & discrepancies
• Maintain export and foreign currency documentation

Banking & Reconciliation

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Track client receipts and cash flow
• Support payments and reimbursements

Expense, Payroll & Audit

• Process employee expenses, advances, and recoveries
• Support statutory/internal audits and documentation
• Ensure internal controls and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, SOFTEX, and export processes
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance/Accounting (Masters preferred)
• CA / ICMA (completed or pursuing) preferred
