Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collection follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, AP, or AR.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
