Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in handling finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and other financial regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits
• Monitor expenses, vendor payments, and budget tracking
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• CMA / Inter CA qualification is mandatory
• 24 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Experience in startup or healthcare industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS preparation
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
