Finance Business Partner

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional who will act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a recently listed SME on the BSE. The ideal candidate will bring 34 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or a similar setup, with a strong grasp of financial accounting, compliance, and investor engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial discipline while building a credible and positive financial narrative for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• :Oversee end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and supervision of company finance
• sEnsure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standard
• sManage all post-IPO compliance requirements, including SEBI, BSE, and other statutory obligation
• sLead and coordinate Board Meetings, prepare board packs, and present financial insights to the Boar
• dAct as the primary interface for investors, analysts, and stakeholders; build strong investor relation
• sSupport and coordinate PR activities to enhance the companys financial image and market positionin
• gDevelop and communicate a compelling financial outlook and growth strateg
• yImplement robust internal controls, financial systems, and governance practice
• sCollaborate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
