Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily finance and accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger
management
Process and reconcile invoices, vendor payments, and employee expense reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial analysis
Help prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable external regulations
Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and records
Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and vendors as required
Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance function
Required skills
Strong foundation in accounting and finance principles (knowledge of Ind AS / GAAP is a
plus)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial
modelling)
Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced startup environmen
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
