The Role

We are seeking a meticulous Accounts & Finance Associate who combines technical precision with a proactive, "owner-mindset". You will be responsible for the integrity of our financial records while serving as a collaborative partner across the organization, ensuring financial transparency and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping and ledger maintenance using Tally. Conduct thorough vouching for Purchase, Sales, Cash and Journal ledgers.
• Banking & Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and handle official bank visits; personal conveyance is mandatory.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage vendor payments, customer receivables and daily operations related to GST, TDS & Income Tax (foundational knowledge of PF and ESI is essential).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize expert Excel skills to create high-quality financial documents and insightful presentations for stakeholders.

Work Schedule

• Standard: 5-days work week.
• Flexibility: While we prioritize work-life balance, the nature of finance requires a willingness to work extended hours or occasional Saturdays during month-end closings, audit periods or critical statutory deadlines.
