About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of hands-on experience in core finance and accounting operations. Prior exposure to the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Monitor and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and intercompany transactions.

Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and provisions.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.

Maintain compliance with GST/VAT, TDS and other applicable tax regulations.

Work closely with operations and procurement teams for PO matching and inventory reconciliation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA Finance).

24 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling basics).
