About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic CA Fresher who is eager to take ownership, learn fast, and contribute across finance, accounting, tax, and business operations. As a startup, we move quicklyyou will work directly with leadership and get hands-on exposure to all core finance work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure accurate books of accounts as per Ind AS / Companies Act.
• Manage reconciliations (bank, vendor, inter-company, GST, TDS).
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

1. Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST working: input reconciliation, GSTR-1 & 3B support.
• TDS computation, returns, and payment tracking.
• Assist in corporate tax working and statutory audit requirements.

1. Internal Controls & Processes

• Set up or strengthen basic finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Work on cost tracking, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Help build MIS dashboards and KPI reports for leadership.

1. Business Finance Support

• Work with operations, marketing, and product teams on financial impact assessment.

1. Vendor & Payables Management

• Review invoices, agreements, and ensure timely payments.
• Evaluate vendor cost efficiencies and suggest optimisations.

What Were Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (Newly Qualified).
• Strong understanding of accounting, audit, GST, and direct tax basics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Tally is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
