We are looking for a skilled Finacle L2 Support Engineer to join our growing team and work with leading banking client
Role: Finacle Support Engineer L2
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve Finacle application issues escalated from L1
Analyze Finacle log files on UNIX/Linux servers to identify root causes
Write and execute SQL queries on Oracle DB to diagnose and fix data issues
Debug and fix Finacle scripts and configurations
Handle EOD (End of Day) batch job failures and reruns
Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for critical incidents
Coordinate with L3 teams and Infosys for complex issue resolution
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in Finacle scripting, menus, and tables
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL / PLSQL
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands
Experience in Banking Domain (CASA, Loans, Payments, TD)
