Field Sr. Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of supplied equipment including Air Compressors, Dryers, Vacuum Pumps, and Marking Machines.
• Manage and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and preventive maintenance for various Product.
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge through self-learning and participation in OEM training programs.
• Must visit all the client as suggested by the Reporting Manager
• To establish good interpersonal relations with the customers at all levels
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and other service-related activities.
• Gather and utilize market intelligence to improve service quality and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain service reports, feedback forms, and documentation in line with company standards.
• Provide technical support to sales and application teams during client meetings or product demos.
• Provide Guidance for junior service engineers when required

Desired Profiles:

• Min 3 years Experience in Industrial/ commercial equipment servicing
• Technical know-how of the Air compressor, Dryer, Chillers, AHU, Vacuum Systems, Gas Generator, Tools & Tackers, Mechatronics skills, Safety.
• Excellent communication and tracking skills
• Willing to work in team-based environment
• Must have 2/4 Wheeler with a valid Driving License, as required to travel in & around Hyderabad.
• Must have knowledge of Computer, Internet browsing, MS Office
