At Medpick , we build brands that bring quality products closer to people. One of our fastest-growing ventures, Medorna, is expanding its Bangalore sales team and we're looking for Field Sales Representatives who are ready to make an impact on the ground.

Medorna is a D2C e-commerce brand that brings premium USA-imported products directly to Indian consumers across 9 categories beauty, health, supplements, baby care, men's & women's personal care, and more.

Role: Field Sales Representative Medorna

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 12 Years

Type: Full-Time | Multiple Openings

Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

What You'll Own

On-ground customer acquisition across assigned Bangalore territories

Sales & awareness for Medorna's premium USA-imported product range

Relationship building with consumers, retailers & distribution partners

Consistent achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets

CRM reporting, pipeline management & market feedback

What You Bring

12 years field sales experience FMCG, beauty, retail or D2C preferred

Strong communication in English + Kannada/Hindi

Self-driven, ownership mindset you work best without micromanagement

Resilient, high-energy, and genuinely good with people

Two-wheeler or willingness to travel independently across Bangalore

Bachelor's degree preferred
