Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and driven Field Sales Executives who enjoy meeting people and working in the field. This is a pure sales role, ideal for MBA freshers who want hands-on experience in B2B sales. You will travel across Bengaluru, meet potential clients, and generate business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Visit different areas in Karnataka to meet business owners and decision-makers
• Generate leads by approaching offices, commercial spaces, and industrial sites
• Explain and pitch company offerings in a simple and business-focused way
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and progress

Requirements:

• MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development) is mandatory
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi
• Comfortable with field work and meeting new people daily
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
