Job Description
VNETIX is partnering with an early-stage fintech startup building a POS and we're helping them find their first field sales hire.
If you're someone who loves being on the ground, talking to merchants, and closing deals this one's for you.
We're looking for a hungry Field Sales Executive to join this venture full-time and own merchant acquisition on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard merchants, retailers, and business owners onto a first-of-its-kind payment platform
- Conduct on-ground demos and build trust with potential partners across your assigned territory in Bengaluru
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to merchant activation
- Maintain strong post-onboarding relationships to drive adoption and retention
- Feed real market insights back to the product and leadership team
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of field sales experience fintech, payments, POS solutions, or FMCG preferred
- Strong on-ground communication skills comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Bengaluru's merchant and retail landscape is a strong plus
- Basic smartphone proficiency and reporting discipline
