Navilu Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Sales Executive to manage on-ground customer coordination and ensure a seamless closures and post-sales experience across our real estate projects.
Location: Jigani, Bangalore
Experience: 1+ years (Real Estate preferred)
Core Objective:
Ensure smooth handling of on-site clients for closures & execution of post-sales processes while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage on-site client interactions, addressing queries and building strong relationships to drive closures
Handle customer objections effectively and provide timely resolutions to ensure deal progression
Coordinate closely with sales, CRM, and legal teams to facilitate smooth and timely closures
Make consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure closures and timely bookings
Maintain accurate records, track client interactions, and update CRM to ensure seamless coordination across teams

Experience in post-sales / customer handling (real estate preferred)
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Good communication and relationship management skills
Ability to handle multiple customers and timelines efficiently
