We organize leading B2B exhibitions connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers across industries. As we expand into multiple events, we are building a strong sales team to drive exhibitor participation.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive who can approach potential exhibitors, build relationships, and close stall bookings for our exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients (factories, offices, showrooms) and pitch exhibition opportunities
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
• Explain event value proposition and convert leads into bookings
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal team for client onboarding
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 14 years experience in sales (field sales preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Self-driven and target-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience in textile / machinery / industrial sales
• Existing industry contacts
