Field Engineer (Elevators)

Job Title: Field Application Engineer Elevators

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Summary:

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning for elevator systems. Act as the key technical interface between customers, sales, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test elevator control systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, software, and mechanical issues on-site.
• Conduct technical training for customers and service technicians.
• Support sales team with technical proposals and product demonstrations.
• Gather field feedback to improve product performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanics Engineering.
• 25 years of experience in elevator/escalator field support.
• Knowledge of VFDs, microcontrollers, CAN/Modbus protocols, and relay logic.
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore and surrounding areas.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus).
