Role Description The Field Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Field Associate will conduct regular site visits to residential and commercial properties for inspections, documentation verification, and data collection. This role involves coordinating with property owners, tenants, brokers, and internal teams to support services such as property health reports, documentation, rental management, and modular housing projects. The Field Associate will capture accurate property details, photographs, and compliance information, assist in scheduling and overseeing field activities, and ensure timely reporting using mobile and web-based tools. The role requires maintaining professional relationships, resolving on-ground issues, and representing Estate Now with integrity and reliability.
Qualifications
- Ability to work primarily on-site across Bengaluru, including regular travel within the city.
- Candidates should possess strong field operations skills such as on-site inspection, data collection, and basic property assessment.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation handling, record-keeping, and attention to detail for legal and compliance-related processes.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with property owners, tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic technology skills, including using smartphones, productivity apps, and GPS/location tools for field work.
- Candidates should possess time management, planning, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple site visits and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in real estate, field sales, property management, or operations is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in English and local languages (such as Kannada and Hindi) is beneficial.
