Role Description

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Agents to join our real estate operations team in Bangalore. You will be the on-ground face of our company visiting properties, meeting clients, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and tenants across Indiranagar, Koramangala, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners to understand requirements and showcase listings
• Coordinate between clients and the internal sales/operations team to close deals efficiently
• Capture property details including photos, videos, and condition reports during field visits
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client interactions, and follow-ups
• Gather local market intelligence pricing trends, new inventory, and competitor activity
• Ensure all property documentation and listings are up to date
• Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and handover processes as needed
• Meet daily and weekly targets for site visits, client meetings, and deal closures

Requirements

• Own two-wheeler (mandatory)with a valid driving license
• Familiarity with Bangalore, especially Indiranagar, Koramangala, and nearby neighbourhoods
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
• Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, photos, and reporting
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Prior experience in real estate, field sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC (Graduates preferred)
