Roles and responsibilities
- The MC- IT Advisory EPM team are seeking Manager (Oracle Financial Consolidation Cloud Specialist) to join the growing EPM practice.
- We are looking for consulting professionals with 10+ years of experience. Who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industrys best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space.
- The role would require:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment.
- Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.
- Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements
- Capability to deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time.
- Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirement
- Experience in working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial applications.
- Must have (4+ projects) complete project lifecycle experience in Financial Consolidation Projects.
- Technical and functional knowledge of Journal Entries, COA and Record to Report module is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of System deployment methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, financial reports based on client requirements
- Must be able to articulate the consolidation process in FCCS.
- Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translations.
- Good experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load and Data Load.
- Experience on EPM Automate/OIC integrations.
- Experience in optimizing the performance of FCCS application.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and Internal controls.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in HFR and DM/ FDMEE
- Working Knowledge on Hyperion Planning and Essbase
- Working Knowledge on SQL Scripting. Good Knowledge of Narrative reporting
Experience & Background
- Graduate qualification (B.E/B.Tech)/MBA/MCA
- 10-14 years of experience in Oracle EPM tools.
- Excellent communication skills
