Job Title: Fashion Operations & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

About Us:

Instinct First is a fast-growing streetwear brand focused on building a strong retail and online presence across India. As we scale, were looking for someone who can bring structure to daily operations and help us manage inventory smartly.

Role Overview:

Were hiring to manage day-to-day backend operations and take ownership of inventory tracking and movement. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data and processes.

Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across orders, stock, and retail coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational tasks (order flow, dispatch coordination, returns, etc.)
• Track and maintain inventory across warehouse and retail touchpoints
• Study sales and inventory reports to identify trends and gaps
• Plan stock movement between warehouse, online, and retail stores
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, retail partners)
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting
• Flag stock issues (overstock, low inventory, dead stock) and suggest actions

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in operations / inventory / supply chain roles
• Strong understanding of inventory management and reporting
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (important)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Basic understanding of retail or e-commerce operations

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in fashion / apparel / D2C brands
• Familiarity with Shopify or inventory management tools
• Understanding of demand planning or forecasting
