As part of our expansion we are looking for talented Product Testing and Warranty Engineer to work efficiently in our growing team. Synedyne has been in the forefront of product development in Sensing, Control, Connectivity and Intelligence products in India.

Work Location: Bommasandra Bengaluru

Preferred: Immediate Joiners

Responsibilities:

• Record, Monitor and analyse field failures & Warrantyconcerns for Synedyne products Working with the cross-functional teams for joint analysis and reporting of the issues
• Understanding the schematics or blueprints to determine how to address the concerns
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues and identify the root cause, and submitting analysis reports within a targeted time
• Preparation of the 8D reports/failure analysis Reports as per industry standards.
• Effectively communicate technical information to customers
• Escalate technical issues to engineering when necessary
• Undertake field visits for analysis
• Usage and maintenance of the test and measurement instruments such as Mustimeter, Oscilloscope and Signal generators, Microscope, debuggers, network analyzers, and specialized test equipment
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics engineering or related field
• 2-6 years experience in product testing or warranty analysis
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
