Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (New Shimla) luxury apartments, and (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri luxury hospitality/villas, with a pipeline of upcoming launches in Shimla, Konkan, and Vrindavan. We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations of our residential and hospitality assets in Shimla. This role is central to protecting asset value, ensuring resident/guest satisfaction, and maintaining the premium standard our brand is built on.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations:Oversee daily operations housekeeping, security, horticulture, plumbing, electrical, and civil maintenance across the property.

Preventive maintenance:Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems (lifts, DG sets, water supply, fire safety, HVAC, etc.).

Vendor management:Manage vendor relationships AMCs, service contracts, procurement, and negotiations for facility-related services.

Team supervision:Supervise on-ground facility staff and outsourced manpower; ensure discipline, attendance, and performance standards.

Compliance & budgets:Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations applicable to residential/hospitality properties; maintain facility budgets and identify cost-optimisation opportunities without compromising quality.

Service & reporting:Handle resident/guest complaints with prompt resolution; conduct regular inspections, maintain documentation for management review, and coordinate with sales, hospitality, and admin teams for a seamless customer experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.

25 years of relevant experience in facility/property management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or residential townships.

Strong working knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and statutory compliance.

Excellent coordination, people-management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; exposure to facility management software (CMMS) is a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Shimla and be available 6 days a week.
