What You Will Drive:

Own end-to-end execution of renovation, maintenance, expansion, and infrastructure projects across all group brands and locations.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per operational requirements.

Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, automation systems, sound systems, and venue infrastructure.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits across outlets to identify operational, maintenance, safety, and infrastructure improvement opportunities.

Manage vendor relationships, quotations, negotiations, work orders, service agreements, and project documentation.

Track project timelines, budgets, expenses, approvals, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Support new outlet launches, venue upgrades, refurbishments, and special projects from planning through execution.

Ensure all facilities meet operational, safety, statutory, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads to resolve maintenance, infrastructure, and operational issues with minimal disruption to business.

Monitor inventory and procurement requirements for maintenance supplies, equipment, and project-related materials.

Maintain project trackers, maintenance logs, vendor databases, service schedules, and status reports for management review.

Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimization, automation, and process improvement.

Drive accountability by following up with stakeholders, tracking action items, and ensuring closure of ongoing projects and maintenance requests.

Support implementation of technology, automation, and AI-driven operational initiatives across the group wherever applicable.

26 years of relevant operational, facilities, maintenance, or project coordination experience preferred

Who We Are Looking For:

Strong project management and execution skills

Experience handling construction, maintenance or facility operations

Excellent coordination with vendors, contractors and internal teams

Organized, detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and drive completion without constant supervision

Compensation: 45,000 50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

This is not a conventional operations role.

This is for someone who can build systems, manage infrastructure, execute projects on the ground, and help scale one of India's most innovative hospitality and automation-driven companies.
