Project Location: Mahape / Airoli - Navi Mumbai

Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Manager - 15+ Years & Engineer - 3+ Years

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from planning to final handover.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, site execution, and client teams for smooth project delivery.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure completion within the planned deadline.
• Supervise site activities including steel erection, roofing, cladding, and structural installation works.
• Ensure effective manpower planning, material availability, and equipment coordination at site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures at project sites.
• Track project costs, billing status, and work progress to ensure budget control.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and site records.
• Ensure successful project completion with customer satisfaction and quality delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Building Projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel construction, erection activities, and project coordination.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle projects and site teams efficiently.
