Export Logistics, Operations and Documentation Executive

We are looking for an Export Logistics, Operations & Documentation Executive to support the efficient execution of international shipments and ensure full compliance with export regulations and trade requirements.

This role plays a key part in coordinating end-to-end export activities, ensuring accuracy of documentation, and maintaining alignment between commercial, logistics, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and coordinating export shipments across sea and air freight

Managing end-to-end logistics operations from origin to destination

Preparing and reviewing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, and certificates of origin

Ensuring compliance with Indian export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade requirements

Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers

Managing documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC), where applicable

Tracking shipments and proactively resolving operational issues such as delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs clearance challenges

Collaborating with sales, procurement, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution

Monitoring logistics costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays

Maintaining accurate records in ERP systems and ensuring audit-ready documentation

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in export logistics and documentation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This role contributes directly to improving operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and ensuring reliable delivery performance across international markets.
