Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export Documentation & Admin Executive to support our export documentation, SEZ-related coordination, banking paperwork, and general administrative work.

The candidate should be comfortable handling documentation, coordinating between the Mumbai head office, factory team, banks, logistics partners, and other external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

1.Export Documentation

(a) Prepare and maintain export-related documents such as:

  • Commercial invoices
  • Packing lists
  • Shipping instructions
  • BL / AWB coordination
  • Certificate of Origin and other shipment documents
  • Customer documentation as required


(b) Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines.

(c) Maintain shipment files, records, and soft copies in an organized manner.

(d) Follow up for shipping bills, export proof, delivery status, and post-shipment documentation.


2.SEZ Documentation & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the factory team at Sachin SEZ for related export documentation.
  • Assist in preparing documents required for SEZ customs and compliance.
  • Occasional travel to the factory at Sachin required during shipments.

3.Banking & Administrative Work

  • Handle routine bank-related administrative work.
  • Coordinate with banks for export-related paperwork and other related work.
  • Support the office team in general admin tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 34 years of experience in export documentation, logistics, & admin coordination.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to follow up consistently with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Comfortable with bank visits, documentation submissions, and occasional travel.
  • Should be responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.


Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Additional certification or experience in export-import documentation will be preferred.
