Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experience and Community Lead, based in Guwahati with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Were looking for an Experience & Community Lead at Sukoon. Someone who is hands-on, emotionally intelligent, and self-driven. This role involves conceptualising and designing mental wellness workshops, facilitating sessions independently, and managing end-to-end execution of events both in the studio and externally. The ideal person has a background in psychology or related fields, is comfortable holding space for groups, and can take initiative in bringing new ideas and experiences to life. This is not an assistant roleyou will be trusted to lead, create, and represent Sukoon, even in the founders absence.

Qualifications

• Have a background in psychology or a related field (formal or applied)
• Comfortable with group facilitation / public speaking
• Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and a good listener
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into real experiences
• Organized and reliable when it comes to execution
