Were building Indias access-first experiences platform. We curate and package premium global and domestic experiences sports, concerts, cultural moments and make them accessible across price points.
Indias experience economy is exploding. Access is fragmented, unreliable and often unaffordable. The platform is solving that by combining technology, partnerships and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Content Management
- Upload, update, and maintain sports experiences, events, and related content on the website
- Ensure all listings (descriptions, images, pricing, schedules) are accurate and optimized
- Perform regular audits to identify and fix errors, outdated information, or inconsistencies
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
2. Content Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to gather necessary content and updates
- Manage content calendars for new experiences, promotions, and seasonal updates
- Ensure timely publishing of new listings and campaigns
3. Operations & Backend Management
- Handle backend CMS (Content Management System) operations efficiently
- Support inventory updates, availability tracking, and booking-related content adjustments
- Troubleshoot content-related issues and escalate technical problems when required
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams for campaign launches
- Assist in coordinating promotional banners, landing pages, and featured listings
- Support customer experience improvements through accurate and user-friendly content
5. Quality Control & Optimization
- Maintain high standards of content quality, formatting, and consistency
- Work with the SEO team to aid in implementing best practices (keywords, metadata, descriptions) where applicable
- Monitor performance of listings and suggest improvements
6. End to End Backend
- Oversee the complete order journey including order processing, invoicing, payment coordination, fulfilment, real-time tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to manage dependencies and maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain data integrity across systems, monitor transactions, resolve discrepancies, and proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks.
- Drive efficiency through process improvements, adherence to SOPs, and data-driven insights while ensuring a seamless customer and partner experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- 13 years of experience in content management, website operations, or similar role
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or custom systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience in e-commerce, travel, or sports industry platforms
- Knowledge of image editing tools or basic HTML is a plus
