Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Vendor identification and evaluation for new & existing products
2. Costing & Negotiation
3. Purchasing / Out sourcing of all types machined & Fabricated components
4. Part & Cost Standardisation
5. Knowledge of various manufacturing process
6. Know how of BIW Fixtures & Details
7. Ensure schedule adherance by detailed planning.
8. Knowledge of Checking Fixtures & Inspection
9. Working with suppliers to develop components and setting up Quality Standards.
10. Well verse with initiatives like ISO, TPM, DWM, EMS / OHSAS etc. and maintaining the documentations
11. Software skills in MS Excel, Projects, SAP etc.
