Job Responsibilities:

• Foreign Remittances
• Processing Material/Service Remittances/EEFC Fund transfers
• Processing Foreign Employees Salary
• Liasioning with Banks/Internal Teams for discrepancies/ query resolution
• Overseeing Advance payments to supplier and followup for closure
• Payments of FBG Commission
• Forex/ Credit Cards
• Issuance/Closure of Forex Card/ Corporate Credit Cards
• Processing reload/redemption request of foreign exchange (cash/card) of employees
• Overseeing tour Advances of employees and followup for closure as per Travel Policy
• Follow up for booking of Expenses against corporate credit card
• Payments to Forex dealer/Banks towards Card/cash request
• Accounting
• SAP Entries for Remittances, Salary payments, forex Card load/encashment/EEFC Transfers
• SAP Entries for Corporate credit cards, FBG Commission
• Bank Reco
• Reconciliation of EEFC Bank Accounts
• Liasioning with Auditors
• IDPMS Closure
• Timely submission of BOEs to bank
• Follow up with Procurement

Qualifications- Graduate with 7-8 years of experience in Finance- Treasury Position.
