Location: Mumbai
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations within a fast-paced PR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior executives
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs)
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and courier management
Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as required
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and detailed itinerariesLiaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure smooth internal coordination among stakeholders across departments
Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects across departments
Ideal Candidature:
Bachelors degree preferred
6-8 years of experience as a Secretary / Executive Assistant
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience in PR/Media/Agency environment preferred
