Executive - Programs

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end program execution within the Business Operations team across HR and Skill Development, and International Collaboration initiatives
• Ensure seamless execution of programsfrom launch and onboarding to continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects and outcomes till closures.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, students, researchers, experts and industry partners.
• Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Oversee program documentation, reporting, and presentations using MS Office tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and impact assessment.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors or masters degree with a minimum 1 year of experience.

Required Expertise:

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage programs end-to-end with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
