Executive Program Manager

Role Purpose

To support the MBA programs by driving academic coordination, stakeholder engagement, program administration, and student experience initiatives. The Program Executive will act as a central liaison between faculty, students, industry experts, and institutional teams, ensuring seamless execution of program activities and contributing to the achievement of the School's academic and institutional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support faculty members in academic, administrative, and program-related activities.
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of MBA programs to ensure effective delivery and smooth functioning.
• Manage student-related activities, communications, and engagement initiatives across programs.
• Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, guest lectures, industry interactions, conferences, and other academic events.
• Maintain program schedules, records, reports, databases, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate coordination between faculty, students, external experts, and institutional stakeholders.
• Support program planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring academic calendars, program milestones, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate departmental events, student activities, and institutional initiatives aligned with the School's objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-up on program-related activities and action items.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Prior experience in academic administration, program coordination, operations, or stakeholder management will be an advantage.
