Job Description

The Executive Operations Associate Manager supports the Managing Director India and General Manager for APAC countries outside of India by coordinating leadership operating cadence, executive governance routines, cross-functional initiative tracking, and business follow-through across regional priorities. The role manages executive office operations while supporting PMO discipline through action tracking, dependency management, leadership reporting, and structured follow-up on business priorities. This role operates with discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality while enabling effective coordination across leadership teams, functional stakeholders, and internal business partners. The role contributes to operational effectiveness by supporting business planning, employee engagement activities, executive materials, and organizational communication workflows.



Job Functions & Responsibilitie

    Manage and prioritize executive office operations for the Managing Director India and General Manager for APAC countries outside of India with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgmen
  • t.Coordinate leadership governance routines, including meeting cadence, agenda planning, action tracking, dependency management, and follow-up reportin
  • g.Maintain initiative trackers, status dashboards, risk logs, and decision records for defined leadership priorities and regional program
  • s.Support cross-functional program coordination by consolidating updates, identifying risks or blockers, and escalating items requiring leadership attentio
  • n.Prepare executive reporting materials that summarize progress, decisions, dependencies, risks, and required actions across leadership initiative
  • s.Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, customer engagements, executive visits, and internal business event
  • s.Support PMO governance for leadership initiatives, organizational programs, and defined strategic project
