Experience: Min 8 years in Pharma (MDI / DPI / Derma & Nasal) (USFDA exposure mandatory)
CTC: 1012 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of Validation Master Plan, Cleaning Validation Master Plan, Protocols & Reports
Execution of Cleaning Validation Protocols, Cleaning Validation Matrix, Cleaned & Dirty Equipment Hold Time Studies
Performing Equipment Qualification (manufacturing & packing)
Conducting Temperature & RH Mapping of storage areas
Performing Utility Qualification Compressed Air, Nitrogen Gas, Purified Water System
Facility & HVAC Qualification, including periodic HVAC validation
Handling regulatory, customer, and internal audits, and ensuring timely compliance
