Key Responsibilities:

• Assistin the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support in designing, developing, and updating training content in collaboration with internal stakeholders (SMEs).
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) toidentifyskill gaps across corporate and club-level employees.
• Deliver engaging training sessions including classroom training, on-the-job training, and virtual sessions.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Support in developing SOPs for various HR and operational processes.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Assistin organizing workshops, seminars, and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with external trainers/vendors whenrequired.
• Contribute toemployee engagement and capability-building initiatives.
• Support leadership and team development programs.
• Ensure continuous improvement in training processes and content.

• Basic understanding of LMS and training tools.
