Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and revenue from the allocated data.
  • Manage data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Making Outbound Calls, generating leads & nurturing the opportunities generated.
  • Follow up on leads and close the Renewals.
  • Work with the business managers and heads to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue/seats goals.
  • Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in software sales over the phone.
  • Good Communication and Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Should have experience in Existing Customer Handling.
  • Requires a strong, assertive approach.
  • Experience in data management and system updates.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM.
  • Empowered to drive results.
