Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and revenue from the allocated data.
- Manage data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Making Outbound Calls, generating leads & nurturing the opportunities generated.
- Follow up on leads and close the Renewals.
- Work with the business managers and heads to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue/seats goals.
- Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in software sales over the phone.
- Good Communication and Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Should have experience in Existing Customer Handling.
- Requires a strong, assertive approach.
- Experience in data management and system updates.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM.
- Empowered to drive results.
