Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, including payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and compliance coordination. The role requires strong execution skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
• Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with high accuracy
• Collect, validate, and share payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements) with the payroll team
• Assist in monthly payroll processing by ensuring accurate data and timely submissions
• Support statutory compliance activities (ESI, EPF, PT, TDS) and documentation
• Coordinate for full & final settlements and exit formalities
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, and HR policies
• Prepare HR reports and MIS data as required by management
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and data confidentiality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance) for smooth HR operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• 24 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll Support / HR Generalist role
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance (ESI, EPF, PT)
• Hands-on experience with HRMS / Excel
• Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
