Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain reception, office areas, and all meeting areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Address queries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee courier, dispatch, and mail management with proper tracking.
  • Support administrative functions, including stationery, pantry, vendors, and office maintenance.
  • Assist HR in onboarding new employees, including documentation and induction coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records on the HRMS portal.
  • Coordinate employee exit processes, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
  • Assist with employee engagement and lifecycle activities (events, celebrations, initiatives).
  • Provide cross-functional support to HR and recruitment teams as needed.
