Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain reception, office areas, and all meeting areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Address queries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
- Oversee courier, dispatch, and mail management with proper tracking.
- Support administrative functions, including stationery, pantry, vendors, and office maintenance.
- Assist HR in onboarding new employees, including documentation and induction coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records on the HRMS portal.
- Coordinate employee exit processes, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
- Assist with employee engagement and lifecycle activities (events, celebrations, initiatives).
- Provide cross-functional support to HR and recruitment teams as needed.
