Job Description:
- Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance
- Manage vendor coordination (HK, security, AMC vendors, etc.) and ensure SLA adherence
- Monitor and maintain office infrastructure
- Handle office space management, seating allocation, and workspace planning
- Manage inventory (stationery, pantry supplies, assets)
- Support office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure visitors are promptly attended
- Ensure visitor passes/badges are handed over to visitors
- Ensure collection of visitor passes
- Manage issuing of Contractor, New Hire and temp badges for employees
- Be the receiving point for inter-office mails, couriers & other mails.
