About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate ACC-certified Executive Coach to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership coaching, behavioral transformation, and organizational development, with the ability to work closely with mid-to-senior level professionals to drive measurable growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions to professionals across leadership levels
• Design and implement structured coaching programs aligned with business goals
• Partner with clients to enhance self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, and performance
• Track and measure coaching outcomes through defined success metrics and feedback loops
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align coaching interventions
• Provide insights and reports on coachee progress and engagement impact
• Facilitate group coaching sessions, workshops, and leadership interventions where required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical coaching standards
  

Required Qualification

• ACC Certification (ICF) is mandatory
• Bachelors degree required; Masters/MBA preferred
• Additional certifications in coaching, psychology, or leadership development are a plus

Experience & Skills

10+ years of overall professional experience

• Minimum 35 years of executive/leadership coaching experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Leadership development
• Behavioral coaching
• Communication and interpersonal effectiveness
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with senior professionals
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate coaching into measurable outcomes
• Experience working in corporate, startup, or consulting environments preferred
