BCT is hiring Executive Internal Audit (IA) having exceptional auditing and analytical skills to join our Internal Audit team. This role will primarily support financial, operational, and regulatory audits including advisory services/special reviews across the BCT group.

The BCT Internal Audit (IA) group is undergoing a period of growth and transformation. We are looking to further develop our in-house talent to support the growing needs of BCT. BCT IA is responsible for providing audit and advisory services across the various group companies across multiple countries. As a critical thinker and excellent communicator with a keen interest in improving an organizations internal control structure, you will help manage stakeholder relationships and play a key role in the full lifecycle of audits. Key Responsibilities

• Support internal audit activities and documentation.
• Assist in reviewing processes and internal controls.
• Support in data analytics for the relevant areas to identify outliners / key focus areas for testing of internal controls.
• Execute/conduct financial, operational and technology audits, which includes the testing of internal controls and business-related processes.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret data using statistical techniques to recognize trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Support remediation efforts related to such findings and work with teams to ensure timely closure of action points.
• Document testing results in the reporting tool aligned with the audit framework and methodology
• Help maintain audit records, reports, and compliance trackers.
• Support risk assessment and governance-related activities on need basis

Key Requirements, Skills, & Competencies

• Pursuing Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Bachelors degree in a business-related field, preferably with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
• Articleship or Auditing background with 1-3 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, consulting, advisory, and professional services.
• Big-4 and/or Technology industry experience a plus.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in navigating and auditing within globally implemented ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate high level of integrity and sound independent judgement.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office
• Open to travel, including international travel.
