• Experience: 5-12 Years in EA Role

• Preferred Background: Must be Presentable with excillent communication with Social Media Experties

Job Description:

• Responsible for all secretary functions duties & responsibility.
• Managing Calendar, Organizing & preparing agendas of meeting,and taking minutesof meeting and circulating to employees and management if required.
• Keeps proper follow up of appointments.
• Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Travel bookings & stay arrangement at different locations.
• Maintains Expense bill & Records.
• Create online meetings using platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Skype etc.
• To monitor tasks delegated by MD to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
• Evaluate scorecard & weekly worksheet to all HODs
• Making sure that timely circulation of important circular to staff takes place.
• Follow up with various departments for their reports
• Ensuring and maintain confidentiality of all communication and documentation
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external client
